GARDEN COTTAGE

This is a quiet, secluded location within the estate with adequate parking. The cottage looks on to the Dundonnell River and the An Teallach range. It is ideally located and equipped for small shooting or fishing parties.

The cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms.  2 x twin rooms plus 1 x bunk. There are 2 sitting rooms, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with fridge and large game freezer. There is a shower room/toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs.

The cottage has a telephone but there are no TV facilities and mobile phone reception may be difficult, depending on provider. Gas central heating, open log fire in one sitting room, gun storage.

Gas, electricity and logs included.

Pillows and duvets are included. Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels.

Dogs welcome.

Nearest hotel for pub, dinner and bar meals is within “reasonable” walking distance. Ullapool is the closest town, which is some 25 miles from the estate. The cottage is ideally located for hill walking, sea fishing, and exploring the west coast.
