ESTATE SERVICES
General estate management, land agency and
rural surveying has been an integral part
of the business with substantial experience
gained whilst working for a diverse range
of clients within the built and rural estates,
including advisory work for the Ministry
of Defence’ Defence Estates in Gloucester,
Wiltshire, Dorset and Scotland, Fife Council,
Highland Council, Clackmannanshire Council,
Forest Enterprise and a number of private
landowners, solicitors and commercial interests
throughout Scotland.
This has involved the company in some very
interesting and challenging projects, which
include Full Environmental Impact Assessments
involving estate development, Land Reform
& CROW Acts and Town and Country planning
for a wide range of proposals within the
rural and built estates ranging from highways
agreements, roads, bridges, new builds, change
of use, fencing, improvements etc.
