Gardener's Cottage


As its name suggests, this was the Estate Gardener's home beside the old walled garden of Balnagown Castle. Now lovingly restored, this enchanting country cottage sleeps up to 4 people in a double room and a twin room, both en suite. There is another shower room on the ground floor. The cottage has central heating and is extremely comfortable and cosy, including satellite television and CD system. The bright and airy conservatory opens out onto a large, secure garden with dramatic views across to the mountains, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. The kitchen is superbly designed including microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, coffee maker plus an array of other culinary items. At the rear of the Cottage, access is gained to the delightful walled garden.

Marybank Lodge


This charming spacious three-floored Lodge has central heating and can sleep up to 12 people in 6 beautiful double rooms with 2 bathrooms, a shower room and 2 toilet rooms. The open plan kitchen and dining area is spacious and is superbly designed with dish washer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, bread and cappuccino makers, plus an array of other culinary equipment. There is a sitting room with open fire, satellite television, VCR and CD system plus a drying room for any wet boots and jackets. Part of the accommodation is Marybank Cottage, which is an adjoining wing of the Lodge

This property is perfect for families and groups.

The mature garden with lawns and native broadleaf trees, looks over the Balnagown Estate and the lowland coastal countryside of Ross-Shire

Swiss Cottage


Swiss Cottage is named after its 'alpine' design. The Cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is beautifully and luxuriously furnished. The upper floor comprises a sitting room with satellite television, VCR and CD system and open plan kitchen/breakfast room.Enjoy the views over mature woodland and Balnagown Estate to the Cromarty Firth beyond.

On the ground floor there is 1 double en suite room and 1 twin room, plus a shower room. The spacious kitchen and dining area are superbly equipped with dish washer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, bread and cappuccino makers, plus an array of other culinary equipment.
